psa that you should be getting between eight to ten hours of sleep a night and no more.
especially if you’re older (around your twenties), you can probably get away with 7-8 hours of sleep.
if you’re sleeping twelve hours a day, that’s going to start working against you and your body will actually make you more tired.
the only time you should be sleeping that much is if you weren’t getting enough sleep before then, in which case your body will try to catch up on lost sleep for a day or two, and then you should go back to your regular sleeping schedule.
tldr: only sleep 8-10 hours or you’ll wake up feel groggy and not refreshed.
